La Grange - Large Gite with Heated Pool

La Grange has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard, and would be ideal for the larger family or two families wishing to share.

The accommodation consists of an open hall on the ground floor. A double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a children's room with 2 sets of bunk beds can sleep up to 10 people. A cot is available if required.

A spacious modern bathroom, with a corner bath and a large walk in shower, wash - hand basin and toilet. There is a door leading to a utility room with washing machine etc.

From the open hall the stairs lead to the first floor where there is another double bedroom with en-suite shower, wash hand basin and separate toilet. This en-suite has two entry doors, one from the bedroom, which can be locked off, and another from the lounge area, allowing it to be used separately.

There is a spacious lounge with T.V., which has free to air channels, English, French or German, DVD player and also a selection of videos. A selection of books.

The dining area has an open plan kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and utensils to cater for larger families.

The kitchen has French doors opening onto a spacious covered terraced area, with a dining table that can be extended to seat 10 people for outdoor meals.

In the summer months it becomes a welcome extension of the accommodation for relaxing outdoors on the sun loungers and using the large barbecue.

From the terrace there are steps down to the heated swimming pool which has a paved area equipped with sun loungers and also a decked area with table and chairs for early evening aperitifs and late night star gazing.

The area around the heated pool is fenced in for the safety of small children.
